Responsibilities:
• Prepare pitch books, company marketing materials, investment memoranda, bond issue memoranda and business plans
• Build financial models in Excel and value companies and other assets according to international standards
• Develop expertise in a variety of industries while conducting sector and company analyses.
• Identify and contact potential clients and customers
• Interact with counterparts in both local and international banks to execute deals and fulfill mandates.
Requirements:
• Three years’ work experience in a demanding financial, audit or consulting function. Experience at one of the big four accounting firms or another investment bank preferred
• Degree from an accredited university in economics, business, finance, engineering or mathematics. MBA, MSc or PhD an advantage
• Strong quantitative skills and comfort with numbers. Logical approach to problem solving.
• Effective research skills
• Excellent written Ukrainian and fluent command of written and spoken English a must.
• Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint essential
• Ability to work overtime as necessary to meet deadlines and complete projects
• Basic knowledge of Ukrainian Accounting Principles and International Accounting Standards (IAS) also plus
