Ukrros finds the rational solution
Sergiy and Alexander Fedorenkos, the owners of Ukrroszerno and OJSC Sugar Union Ukrros, which is one of the largest sugar producers in Ukraine, decide to merge these two companies. Inspite of different specializations of the companies, this merge will allow more efficient asset management, thus signigicantly reducing operational and administrative costs, experts consider.
